PromptDeck is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains exactly what data we handle — and what we don't.
No data collected
No tracking
No external servers
No login required
Data Collection
PromptDeck does not collect, transmit, store, or share any user data. All prompt presets you create are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in local storage API.
No data ever leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
PromptDeck does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services of any kind.
Permissions
- Storage — Used solely to save your prompts locally on your device. Nothing is written to any external location.
- ActiveTab — Used only to inject your selected prompt into the active AI chat when you explicitly trigger it. No tab data is read or retained.
- Host Permissions — Required to display the widget and inject text on supported AI chat sites: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The extension reads nothing from these pages.
